Yay happy 7th Birthday to DB Sports Massage Therapy!

I started my journey back in 2017 where i decided to book onto a Level 3 Sports Massage course just to learn something. Little did i know i would set up my business full time and progress up the levels to become a level 5 therapist and have over 700 clients on my books. I see some of you a lot of the time, some of the time and some of you once in a while, whichever your custom level you are, you have made the last 7 years of my working life an absolute joy and want to thank you all for your custom and loyalty and laughs we have. Here’s to how ever many years I’ve got left doing a job that I love…. I can use salad spoons instead when I’m 82 right 🤪

This week and the last 12 weeks have been really busy getting folk ready for spring marathons.. so whilst being inspired by you all, I have just entered the ballot for next year…this is the first year in 20+years I’ve applied and not been affiliated to a running club and the first year of not actually being classified as a runner.. and I bet I still don’t get in

Yay at long last I can now say I’m a level 5 Sports Massage therapist. I embarked on the qualification and passed the practical side yonks ago but have now completed my assignments and have passed.. as I’m a total Chandler Bing I would have loved to put a beautiful photo of me holding the certificate but instead have given you a photo of my thumb, which in all trueness is the star of the show and enabled me to pass the practical and continue to deliver top quality sports massages to you all..oh and it’s also strategically placed covering my name.. I’m a genius 🤪

So what does this mean for my current clients… nothing you still get the same amazing sports massages which have been level 5 since I started the course, exemplary customer service skills 🤪 and a good chat but you all now know I’m the highest level of sports massage therapist but still deliver extremely competitively priced treatments. So what’s next for DB Sports Massage…. A trip to IKEA to get a frame to put my new certificate in 💪🏽!
