and NEW songs for the Theme

This gives your baby pattern recognition and a sense of what to expect, but also new rhythm and rhymes to keep them engaged and moving forwards

Babies love our small, tactile MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS and there's plenty of chance for them to make their music 🎶

IT ALL BUILDS to WHAT'S IN THE BOX?!

You'll see your baby's anticipation and excitement build as we reveal that weeks theme with our infamous theme song...... if you know you're probably singing it now!!!! 😄

We then have our parachute game where we reveal all the fantastic themed sensory toys and props for your little one to play with and get hands-on!

While they are playing and socialising, so can you! There's time to play with your baby and have a chat with the group.... the sort of chats that puts the world to right and fills your cup while you enjoy a biscuit!

Most weeks, we also have a THEMED FUN PHOTO that you'll love to add to your memories ❤️ 💙 💜

We'll finish off with some wind down songs and an interactive story.

Wrigglers is where you and your baby will explore a new exciting theme each week using a mix of

action songs,
baby yoga,
themed elements of baby massage.

Then a chance to play with a range of sensory toys to satisfy their curiosity while you enjoy a chat and something yummy from the goodies box.

We'll end with an interactive story and some wind down songs

I always say in classes that no matter how you birth your baby, you'll find a strength in yourself you never know you had...... so I love these words and had to share!

What if we told women the truth about birth?

We’d have to tell them that contractions will probably be more than “surges” or “sensations.”

That they’ll probably rock your world and leave you begging for salvation as you clutch the edge of the tub or the hospital linens.

That your gentle breathing exercises and your Spotify soundtrack will be left in the dust as you sweat and pant and sway and swear your way through it

That you’ll trip harder than any mushroom you ever did in college and vomit with the same ferocity and travel to places deep within yourself that you didn’t know existed.

That you’ll float above your body and simultaneously be trapped in it with an intensity you’ve never tasted.

And in that intensity,
in the sweating and the swearing
and the swaying and the vomiting
and the endless hours of contractions crashing down upon you ...

You’ll find your strength.
You’ll find a resilience you’ve never known.
You’ll find the power you need for the journey of Motherhood ahead.

In the messy humanity of it all,

RARE CHANCE TO TRY A CLASS £10

Birthing Flow has been completely booked up, but this Friday, there are just a couple of spaces for anyone who wants to try a class.

Because our class passes are FLEXIBLE, a couple of mums are enjoying a holiday, so there are a couple of spaces to join us that could be yours!

Birthing Flow is a pregnancy yoga class led by a qualified and experienced antenatal teacher.

We'll unwind with a fun birthy chat and move through a series of gentle, effective movements based on the bio mechanics of birth.

Great for preparing you for birth and a lovely way to enjoy being pregnant.

We have a small and cosy group that's very welcoming and fun.

This week, we are starting at 6.30pm, but most weeks, we start at 6 pm based at St John's Church Long Eaton. We are on the ground floor and there's free parking at the venue.

What's a Twiggler?

Well it's any baby or toddler that enjoys ACTION SONGS clapping, shaking MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.

A curious little one who can't wait to see WHAT'S IN THE BOX?!

An Explorer who like to get their HANDS ON a range of SENSORY PROPS to DISCOVER and PLAY

But then they enjoy a little bit of a STORY and snuggle and a bit of REFLEXOLOGY at the end to finish off a busy time

BABY CLASSES ARE BACK THIS WEEK.....

Over the last few weeks, I've been using my in-depth training and years of experience to work with a charity providing infant massage and yoga for some very wonderful families whose little ones live with sight loss. It's been such a privilege to work with them.

Now, I've shared the Family Way magic with them. It's back to classes in Long Eaton 🥳

I'm running a special offer to take us up to summer in WRIGGLERS SENSORY PLAY AND YOGA where you can book 4 classes for £30 or 3 classes for £24 or pay per class £8.50

BIRTHING FLOW

BIRTHING FLOW

THIS FRIDAY we are easing into the weekend with a full flow.

Each movement is designed to help you unwind during pregnancy, gently, and with adaptations to suit all.

Each movement is based on the biomechanics of birth to prepare your body for labour.

Flow into a deep relaxation to leave the week behind, create headspace to tune into your body, connect with your baby, and prepare your mind for birth.

Friendly, welcoming, with birthy chats led by a fully qualified antenatal teacher since 2016, meet other mums to be, and start to build your village.

Fridays from 6 pm Long Eaton, at a fully accessible, ground floor space with free parking.

HELLO JUNE!

Jolly June is going to be a splash of colour with PIRATES and PARROTS and PAINTS....OH MY!!

The WRIGGLERS are going to welcome June 2025 this week with a whole host of colour and the chance to create a vibrant masterpiece of their own!

We'll explore our PIRATES and PARROTS theme with action songs, baby yoga, sensory toys, interactive storytelling.... and PAINT!!

SHIVER ME TIMBERS ☠️ 🏴‍☠️ 🦜

We won't leave the TINIES out either as we go slightly off script so the Tinies can make a TINY TOES PIECE OF ART before snuggling down to a gorgeous massage, some soft stretch yoga, and of course twiddling those painted toes with some baby reflexology.

From Mer-mazing to Flam-azing!!

Last week, the WRIGGLERS had some super splashy fun with water, boats, and a beautiful underwater photo!

This week, we're in the pink, and as always, siblings are free, so come along if you're looking for something to do this half term Friday afternoon!

TINIES are in for a treat with our gentle uncurl massage this week, with some extra reflexology added for a lovely deep relaxation. Next week, we are mixing up some of our favourite baby massage and yoga with our" Heads, Shoulders, Tummies and Toes" theme
