We are members of the UK Reiki Federation at Master/Teacher level so you can be assured all of our practices are of the highest level.

Each week we look to help different people in our community find a space to heal and to find peace.

In many cases the physical complaint is the last expression of a deep rooted emotional or energetic issue.

Reiki always helps to quieten the mind and bring your being in harmony and balance so you can begin to heal and repair on the levels your body needs.

The Reiki Room Long Eaton has a special energy about it.

Even when we are not offering treatments or training people like to take time to read and meditate here.

It’s an incredible blessing to have such a space.

However one of the most fantastic things about Reiki is that it can be practiced anywhere. In forests, fields, mountains, by the river or at the beach. Wherever you feel at peace Reiki will flow perfectly.

It’s been wonderful speaking to all of our visitors to the Reiki Room recently. 🌿

I love hearing about what’s drawn you to Reiki and how it’s helped you in your life.

For some it’s been their first experience and I’m very honoured it was with me to have helped with that. For others it’s not their first at all.

I firmly believe that whatever your experience of Reiki is it will always stay with you as a pleasant reminder of what peace and balance feels like.

Here at the Reiki Room Long Eaton we teach all 3 degrees of Reiki in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition.

We are members of the UK Reiki Federation under the Master/Teacher level and are looking forward to helping you take your first steps along a new path.

So many people are offering online courses now however our degrees are always taught in person.

Our groups are kept small to a maximum of 4 people at one time.

The 1st degree takes two days to complete after which you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and in your daily life.
