Tuesday Evening at Long Melford Old School.
This βSlow Flowβ is your chance to relax and unwind with a gentle yoga flow that will leave you feeling blissed out to the max. The class will follow a similar structure each week. There is a focus on slow and gentle vinyasa to begin with followed by core postures that are held for a little longer, ending with a guided meditation / relaxation. This class is fantastic for people who are newer to yoga, who might want to tap into yoga for health, or anyone who might just want a lovely gentle flow to ease away physical and mental tensions.
