🌟 12 weeks of free slimming update! 🌟
I had to share this amazing news from The Norfolk Slimming World on Referral Scheme which is available through Norfolk County Council!
Since April 2023 -
🩷 a whopping 2,837 Norfolk vouchers have been activated
🩷1,477 members have finished their referral
🩷 74% of members attended 9 or more weeks
🩷 73% of members lost 5% or more of their start weight
🩷 a fabulous 19% of members lost 10% or more of their start weight too!
And an amazing 🤩 76% of all referrals are still attending their group and continuing their weight loss journey after their referral finished too! Making even more of a difference to their health and wellbeing ❤️ How amazing is that!! 🤗
Anyone who wishes to see if they are eligible for 12 weeks of FREE slimming, can visit Norfolk County Council website and complete the form to start the referral process!

🎆🎆12 WEEKS FREE SLIMMING WORLD 🎆🎆

Did you know you may be eligible for 12 weeks FREE at Slimming World? 🤩🤩
To be eligible, you must:
Be aged 18 or above ✅️
Have a BMI of 30 or above ✅️
Be a Norfolk resident, or be registered with a Norfolk GP practice ✅️
You will not be eligible if:
You're currently pregnant ❌️
You have attended a funded weight management services in the past 12 months ❌️
You have been a paying member of Slimming World in the past three months ❌️
ℹ️ You will need to wait for Slimming World to contact you with your referral code before you can join a group.

Just to let you know that the current Self Referral scheme ends at the end of March- if you know any previous members thinking of returning or have any friends or family that may be eligible for 12 free weeks please copy and paste and send them the link at the bottom of the post

To be eligible for the free programme you must meet all the following criteria:

Be a Norfolk resident (or registered with a Norfolk GP)
Be aged 18 years or over
Have a BMI of 30 and above OR a BMI of 27.5 and above if you are Asian, Black African or African Caribbean
Not attended Slimming World in the past 6 months
Be committed to attending 12 group sessions
Not had a previous referral in the last 12 months

After your health check, Reed may give you details on how to get 12 weeks membership free at our Long Stratton groups, if applicable.
