Mid-week reminder...make rest a part of your routine too 😌

If your feeling extra fatigued, sore or find your mood has dipped, you may be over doing it on the exercise front.

Take a day off the gym.

Refuel, make protein a priority.

Stay extra hydrated.

Things I'm doing to support my mood and wellbeing this Winter ❄️

- Daily movement (gym, walks, mobility)
- Heat therapy (sauna, baths)
- Getting morning sunshine
- Little acts of kindness
- Eating warm foods (soups, stews)
- Brain dumps (journalling)
- Staying connected socially

Last weekend I had a rough fall 🫨😵‍💫

Sore, bruised and feeling like a wally but I swiftly returned back to daily life.

Why? Because I strength train regularly.

Strength training as we age isn’t about chasing youth.

It’s about protection.

Muscle becomes your armor. It protects you from falls and helps you recover faster.

It supports balance, resilience and most importantly, freedom in later life.

I inspire to be like my client João. In her 70's but stronger and more mobile than ever. Loving life.

Pay As You Go: £25 (45 mins)

Full Coaching Package: £150/month
- In-person weekly 1:1 session

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with specialities in weight management, diabetes, obesity, arthritis and pregnancy (pre & postnatal).

I aim to empower my clients through health, fitness and wellbeing and have a balanced, holistic approach to coaching that's easily adapted for all ages, body types and goals.
