I am going to say Good Easter now, as after my last appointment tomorrow I am clocking out until Tuesday! But i would like to leave this heartfelt opinion.
Unpopular opinion as a Massage therapist I actually enjoy my 30 minutes clients. So many therapists say they prefer 60+ and I definitely have clients who prefer the longer appointments. But I am here for the caregivers who carves out 30 minutes for their own care. The ladies and gentlemen who scrapes together the small amount to try a massage for the first time. The SAHM who only has a short time in between kids pick ups. The grieving widow who felt like could use some human connection. Manual labourers working long shifts who just wants some relief from back tension so he can go back to work tomorrow. The college student who woke up with a tension headache. I am here for all of it and for all of you! Book that 30 minutes massage, self care , mobility is important. Happy Easter, be safe. 💕🍫🐣🐇

Combined with Swedish techniques and acupuncture points, aromatherapy oils, reflexology points. This massage will address tension, deep tissue bodywork without working the muscles as you do with a deep tissue massage , while giving you a relaxing holistic massage. It connects your lower back to your neck

And plays a major role in rotation and posture

This part of your spine is designed to move

But it often becomes stiff due to modern habits
