For me, it has been a rollercoaster of emotions but with a strong belief that this beautiful bond of love which is created on earth between people continues beyond life. With faith and hope, I continue to give and offer healing to those in need and believe that the loving energy of my mum and the energy of other people's loved ones touches those I heal by offering them peace, love, healing and happiness.

A huge thank you to and for inviting me to talk at your business retreat again.
It was wonderful to host a session to assist individuals to think about what might be holding them back from realising their full potential by looking within, and, sharing a beautiful group Reiki infused meditation together.
A wonderful reminder that we have everything we need within us, we just need to find it.

As I reflect on the two workshops delivered in January, I wanted to share how it all started.
It started with just a thought, a thought that became a wish and a wish that became reality. And this reality brought together these wonderful souls who took a few hours out from their busy lives for self-care. They had the opportunity to reflect, and hold space for other like minded people.
A reminder that we have the power to create our own realities. So, if you have a wish - just go for it and see the magic unfold.

First class of my brand new workshop - Reignite your power through positive intentions and Reiki infused meditations.

A beautiful afternoon spent with beautiful beings as we all came together to share this special time.

We all committed to be fully present; share our wisdom; be inspired by ways to promote self-care for ourselves; understand where our emotions can trap themselves in our bodies and techniquest o release them; participate in reiki infused meditations; and above all, initiate our own healing.

A reminder that everyone has their own special gifts, whether that's an ear to listen, a kind word to share, the ability to wait patiently, loving all things, and never giving up. And above all, being present in the now. And, when you look back, realising how far you have come.
