Happy Saint George's day! We have had a super busy day in the home. We had a spontaneous bbq, and we also had the lovely Nina from Mojo arts come to visit us - with her paints and creativity. Wow, what a lovely day!

This month we have two employees of the month.

Isaiah, one of our hard-working nurses, who provides brilliant care and nursing to our residents. The nomination was provided by one of our residents family members.

Anchasa, one of our lovely cooks - who provides not only the residents, and staff with amazing food but also bakes lovely cakes, which you may also see in reception! Anchasa was nominated for preparing and cooking food on the day of Chinese New year, voluntarily and ensuring residents enjoyed the food on the menu.

Our team is grateful to have such amazing staff members and we congratulate Isaiah and Anchasa for their award of employee of the month.

This afternoon Aiden Kent - the singing Cabbie gave us a brilliant performance at Hazelwood! He sang many songs, and the residents were tapping their feet and singing away. A bell was rung with the song that's amore and a triangle was struck, with the song knock three times. We hope to see Aiden again very soon. 😄✨️

We have had a very busy Easter weekend! 🐰

Easter Sunday, the residents enjoyed some scrumptious chocolate eggs, which went down a treat.

Easter Monday, we enjoyed a brilliant performance from the lovely Sarah Starkey - Singer. She truly brought the warmth of spring to Hazelwood. The residents thoroughly enjoyed, they was smiling and up dancing away.
