🎉 What a lovely musical afternoon with Lynne Hunt. 💃
Shaking coloured pom poms, tamborine's, shakers, and using a batten.🎶🥳🪄

As a group we sung 'along way to Tipperary,' 'Yellow Submarine' with much more. A very enjoyable afternoon. 😄

Residents enjoyed an afternoon with Susan Starkey. Susan Sang with her beautiful voice ABBA and Disco hits which got all residents tapping their feet, dancing, clapping and singing along. A good time was had by all.

🎉 Wow.... what an active week here at Hazelwood.

We started off with the residents enjoying the session of mojo arts painting, and covering pink flamingos using glitter with coloured paper flowers to create a very pink picture of summer. 🌸🦩

Then moving on with Gary singing cockney rhyming songs for everyone to join in with. 😎🎶

Amongst the Talents, our residents took part in armchair movements with Jennie, full of stretches and movements with various coloured scarves plus using coloured Ribbons while listening to Funky Music. 🥤🧋🤸‍♀️

What a fun pack week. 😊

It's a huge pleasure to announce Wilfredo, the maintenance officer is employee of the month for June 2025. 🥇

This was from two relative nominations who both expressed how helpful, hard working and cheerful Wilfredo is .
In addition to this they complimented the stunning gardens and roses , which is down to Wifredo’s hard work and skills.
Thank you to the relatives for taking the time to nominate.

The employee of the month forms and box is in the main reception for people to leave their nominations .

🎉 The residents made Disco balls for singing along tomorrow when Andrew entertains our residents with music. 🎶🎸🎤

We had fun using different colour tissue paper with the choice of our coloured balloons. 🎈

Today Poppy came to Hazelwood to sing to the residents some old hits for everyone to join in with the chorus. 🎵🎶🎤
Due to the temperature was rising, we was keeping cool with the air conditioning on.💦

🎉 Also today, we celebrated Fred's birthday and wished him a lovely day. 🎂🎈
