🙄 We all love a bit of cognitive dissonance when it comes to wellness - don’t we?—collecting tools, chasing trends, and stacking practices that promise balance, yet rarely integrating them in a way that actually works for us.
We know that true wellbeing comes from consistency, simplicity, and alignment with our own needs, yet we STILL fall for the idea that the next thing will ‘fix’ us.

What if instead of adding more, we focused on applying less, but with real intention?
What if we closed the gap between what we know and what we do?

🤲🏼 Here’s me not gatekeeping in 2024 😂 I love to offer this particularly for the prenatal class 🤰🏼 ANY WAY that I can elevate the savasana experience and provide deep comfort and rest for the mamas - best believe I will DO IT.

You don’t get points for NOT using props.
They aren’t studio decor.
USE them to make certain postures more accessible for you.

Our bodies are NOT all the same, the lengths of our limbs & skeletal structures are NOT all the same …
Therefore particular asanas will be unattainable for a LOT of bodies, props can really assist your practice.

🚩 I would say it’s a red flag if they aren’t offered
