I never know how the day is going to go .

Today I taught a lovely young lady called Kisbee . She had no previous experience with doing Body Massage, A Blank canvas for me 😁.

She amazed me . Her ability to listen to every word I said and retain the information...I'm blown away . This lady near Hereford is going to have a thriving business if she continues to have this positive attitude and natural ability.

Both models felt the benefits, and left floating 🥴

This is an awareness post !!!!

If you have symptoms of headaches , migraines or hemiplegic migraines ...just to name a few of the symptoms that can occur.
Medication has its place of course ....however it doesn't get to the route cause. !!!!

Today I noticed when a lady who was with me was totally out of alignment. If you look you can see her scapula ( shoulder blade ) is higher to the left side of the photo and the cervical spine is totally out of alignment.

I recommend that she contacts a chiropractor straight away .
You can see the reply she has received from them after showing them the photo I took .

All I want is for people to get the care and attention they deserve and not to be in pain . Totally unnecessary.

I literally witnessed this lovely lady's confidence grow in front of my eyes !

what hours do I work .

Mon, Thurs, Fri , occasionally Sat and some Sundays . Hours normally 8.30- 8pm . Weekdays . 10-4 weekends .💪message me to book in . ( BOOKING ONLY , NO walk-ins )

Since I qualified to teach ...which was 5 YEARS AGO 🫨. Ive not increased my prices .

Therefore there will be an increase from 1st June 2025 for any courses enrolled from then .
