Have you tried a gong bath yet?

I’m Lindsay, a BAST qualified sound therapy practitioner. I’m offering two gong baths in June: one relaxing and restorative, the other energising and uplifting.

☀️ Saturday 27th June (2–4pm)
Here Comes the Sun at New Winton Village Hall

I’m still buzzing after our Earth Day Gong Bath ! 🌍

I created this session with the intention of giving back to the Earth and supporting local nature-focused charities.

I’ve now gifted the funds raised to two amazing local projects which we chose together on the night.

The first one is the Muir to Forth Project . This initiative is creating nature corridors from the Lammermuir Hills to the Firth of Forth. Their work helps reconnect fragmented habitats so that wildlife can thrive again, while also supporting soil health, flood management, carbon storage, and stronger connections between people and the natural world.

The second one is the Pledgehog Project .dunbar. This initiative helps create safe spaces and connected routes for hedgehogs, allowing them to move freely in search of food, shelter, and mates. It’s a simple but powerful way of supporting local biodiversity and protecting these beautiful wee animals.

I feel so grateful to be able to create this space for connection and reflection while supporting the Earth and our local community in a tangible way.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared their energy, and contributed to this evening. Community matters so much to me and it was beautiful to celebrate Earth Day in this way.

For those who joined me, I’ll put our Earth Day playlist together soon and share it via email. Many thanks for choosing such beautiful songs! 💚

May we care for Mother Earth as she cares for us 🌍
