Reiki Therapeutic Coaching, is a gentle, supportive but DEEP DIVE in the root cause of perceived problems to truly understand their origin in order to better cr

eate long-lasting solutions. We will explore Somatic Narrative-what’s going on in our bodies when we talk about or reflect on problematic or painful events. This too is a large departure from ‘traditional coaching’ but has been shown to be a powerful way to fast-track and to unearth and identify the authentic emotions and feelings usually at the heart of their problems. Massage therapy for conditions affecting the correct functioning of muscle, ligaments, tendons and connective tissue. Addressing the posture and muscular imbalance using massage therapy and Myofascial release. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure with slow stretched on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibre’s of the muscles, tendons and fascia. The massage can be applied to parts of the body or to the whole body to heal injury, relieve psychological stress, manage pain and improve circulation in addition to being used for its physical and psychological benefits. Scar therapy what you see on the surface is just a tiny part of what is happening below. Surgery and trauma of any kind will present special challenges due to scarring and may also have effects throughout the body. There is a growing awareness of the effect of scar tissue and the effect on the patient’s quality of life. Scar tissue may be the cause of: Pain Restriction, Lack of connection, Lack of strength, Impact on function and performance. Scar therapy involves applying particular techniques to scar tissue and working with myofascial planes of tissue to help free up the restrictions. Indian head massage, or champi, is over 5,000 years old and is derived from Ayurvedic principles of balancing the body’s energetic flow. During the treatment a combination of Indian Head massage techniques to the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, scalp and face are applied. The Ayurvedic approach to health is the balance of body, mind and spirit. The Ayurvedic principle considers that if a body’s energetic channels do not flow properly negative energy builds up causing many common ailments, including stress, pains and aches, neurological impairment, or hair loss. Indian Head Massage may bring relief to those suffering from tension in the shoulders, neck strain, headaches, jaw tension, sinus problems and migraines. It has a nurturing quality and that it has many physiological as well as psychological benefits. Lymphatic drainage massage stimulates the lymph through the one-way drainage pathways within the body. It is gentler than some forms of massage and uses flowing rhythmic movements. The aim is to reduce swelling-oedema and support your body with the detoxification process. Lymphoedema is a build up of proteins and fluid in the tissues leading to swelling and is a result of either genes or a blockage in the lymph vessels. This can be caused by; surgery where lymph nodes or tissue have been removed, radiotherapy-destroying lymph nodes or blocking them, severe burns or injury, paralysis of limbs, emotional/physical trauma, and chronic venous insufficiency. Lymphatic Drainage is not just a cancer specific massage, the lymphatic system may be compromised for a number of reasons as listed. It can support your body with oedema, sinus problems, puffy eyes, fluid retention, IBS, swollen legs and ankles, lymphoedema, muscle damage, PMS, changes in hormones, pelvic discomfort, detoxification, relaxation and aid your body with the healing process. Pregnancy massage involves the manipulation of the body’s soft tissue (i.e. the skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and facia) using the hands in a gentle, flowing massage technique. There are basic massage techniques which make up the treatment, they are effleurage, petrissage, frictions, vibrations. The techniques use varying degrees of pressure and stretching movements. It is a very gentle form of massage and it is most commonly used for easing muscular tension and stress as well as relaxation and improving health and well-being during pregnancy.A treatment has the capacity to improve circulation, increase oxygen, and relax the client. This boosts the self-healing mechanisms of the body. The massage can only be done after the first trimester of pregnancy and not before. Arvigo Abdominal Therapy is founded on an ancient Maya technique of non-invasive, external abdominal massage. It stimulates circulation and blood flow within the abdominal area, supporting your body for optimal functioning in digestive health and female hormone health relating to your menstrual cycle and the transition from peri-menopause through to post menopause. Guided Meditation tackles stress by teaching us how to be more aware of the thoughts, feelings and sensations rather than us trying to eliminate it. By regularly practising meditation you can support your nervous system to be more flexible in regulating itself and responding to stress in appropriate ways.

Therapeutic Coaching: A Holistic Approach to Growth and Healing
In a fast-paced world filled with challenges, stress, and emotional complexities, many of us seek support to navigate life’s difficulties. Therapeutic coaching bridges the gap between traditional therapy and life coaching, offering a powerful, holistic approach to personal growth, emotional healing, and self-discovery.

What is Therapeutic Coaching?

Therapeutic coaching is a transformative process that combines the techniques of therapy with the goal-oriented strategies of coaching. While therapy often focuses on understanding past traumas and emotional patterns, coaching emphasizes taking action and creating the future you desire. By blending both disciplines, therapeutic coaching helps you heal emotional wounds while also developing a proactive mindset to move forward with clarity and confidence.

How Does It Work?

As a Therapeutic Coach I work with clients to:
✅Explore deep-seated beliefs and emotions that may be holding them back
✅Develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence to improve relationships and decision-making
✅Set achievable goals for personal and professional growth
✅Learn coping strategies to manage anxiety, stress, and limiting beliefs
✅Rewire thought patterns using cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and positive psychology

Unlike traditional therapy, which may require years of introspection, or traditional coaching, which focuses mainly on future goals

❤️therapeutic coaching ensures that clients heal from within while also taking practical steps toward a fulfilling life✨💫

🌿 How Stress Impacts Menopause 🌿

Did you know that chronic stress can intensify menopause symptoms?

When you’re stressed, your body produces more cortisol — a hormone that can throw off the delicate balance of oestrogen and progesterone.

The result? Hot flashes, mood swings, sleep issues, gut issues and even more fatigue.

✨ Stress during menopause can:

⏩Make hot flashes feel more intense
⏩Worsen anxiety and depression
⏩Disrupt sleep patterns
⏩Affect weight and energy levels
⏩Negatively impact your gut microbiome causing digestive issues

💖Taking care of your stress is just as important as supporting your hormones.

💝Small steps can make a big difference.

Are you feeling stressed?

Do you have specific symptoms that are having a negative impact on your life?

You deserve to feel supported and balanced during this transition. 💛

Our Story

Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy

The Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy are a non-invasive, external, massage technique. When applied, they guide internal abdominal organs into their proper position for optimum health and well being. The techniques work by relieving congestion and blockages to improve the flow of chi and fluids of the circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems to prevent the progression of chronic disease symptomatology. This results in improved organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen. These techniques are effective for both men and women.

How do the techniques work for women?
