Hello 👋
I thought I'd just reintroduce myself as I've gained quite a few new followers the last few days 🥰

I’m Teresa, the face behind The Gentle Lotus 🤍

I started my journey with holistic therapies a few years ago.
I first discovered Reiki for my own wellbeing many many years ago, I found it SO beneficial, it helped me so much with mental health and made me feel so much lighter, calmer, more centred and physically relaxed.
I loved it so much that I went on to do my practitioner training and have been using it on myself, family and friends ever since. Over time, it grew into something I really truly love doing, and I realised I could use it to help others too.
I then went down the path of learning massage and learning how frequency healing can be beneficial to us and I took an extra course to further develop my reiki... I was (still am) absolutely hooked!

All that has lead to now...
At The Gentle lotus, I offer holistic therapies including Reiki, frequency healing and massage, creating a calm, safe space for women to relax, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

My hope is simple, to help you slow down, release stress, and take time for you (because you deserve it)

I've Moved 🥰✨️

I'm so excited to share that my Holistic Therapy Practice has moved to a new space

📍The Tanning Lounge, Badeley Green Lane, ST2 7HA

From 11th May, I'll be upstairs in a beautiful calm and relaxing space.
This space also opens up a lot more availability, I'm no longer just opening on Mondays, there will more appointments available over different days, including weekends and evenings 🥰

My Diary is open, there's a new treatment available ☺️ more treatments will be coming soon! Im so excited for this.

Doesn't the sun just make you feel so much better 😌 I swear I'm solar powered.

This year I'm making more of an effort to connect to my Tarot Deck, so I'm sat in the sunny living room and having a go.
Its been sat on the side staring at me for over a year now. And when the sun comes out. I get supercharged to do more than live like a hobbit 😂

I'll probably never offer tarot readings 🤷‍♀️(but you never know) but i'll have a good go at having some fun with my cards anyway✨️
