With the official opening of King Gym Helston THIS SATURDAY, we wanted to reflect on the journey King Gym has taken as they trusted A50 Fitness to help make their vision a reality.

Owners Andy and Lora invited us to be part of their journey when they begun King Gym Falmouth in 2023, which was a huge success and has now led to their second instalment in Helston. We are beyond proud to be their official supplier of equipment as the trust A50 Fitness to provide top quality service throughout.

From the initial idea to the final ex*****on, we want to be involved through everything. But it doesn't stop there! Our aftercare policy ensures your equipment remains our top priority.

Today is World Mental Health Day and at A50 Fitness we not only care about your physical health, but also how it impacts your mental health. 💪

We all talk a lot about discipline, effort, and consistency. But beyond the workouts and PBs, we know the courage it takes to walk through those doors especially on the days when you don’t feel your best.
