We are sad to announce the passing of Ian McGimpsey (Pop).

Sadly on the 11th of May surrounded by his loving family, Pop aged 85 years.
Dearly loved husband, dad, grandad and great grandad and a Pop to many family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Arthuret Church Longtown on Saturday 23rd of May at 12:00 noon.
Family flowers only, donations if so desired will be divided between Arthuret Church and The British Heart Foundation.

We are sad to announce the passing of James Henderson (Jim).

Peacefully at home on the 3rd of May in the presence of his family, Jim aged 94 years.
A devoted husband of Yvonne, a dearly loved dad, father-in-law, adored grandad and great grandad, cherished brother, brother-in-law, uncle and a wonderful friend to many.

A committal service will be held at Carlisle Crematorium on Wednesday 20th May at 12:20pm followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Canonbie Parish Church at 2:00pm. Friends are respectfully invited to attend both services. Family flowers only, donations if so desired will be for Jim’s chosen Christian Charities.

FUNERAL ARRANGER/ ADMINISTRATOR.

In this role you’ll maintain the highest level of professionalism, handle all communication with grace and provide sensitive assistance to our clients.
Your involvement will span from the very first contact through to the funeral and beyond.
This position requires not only impeccable interpersonal skills but confidence and a solid understanding of client options.
As part of this role you will also be part of the on-call rota team to cover one weekend every 4th week.
Wages negotiable depending on experience.

Hours are Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 3:30 with optional overtime.
Duties will include all aspects of funeral care.
