I think one of the biggest mistakes we make sometimes is thinking we need to completely overhaul everything overnight 😅
In reality, the things that usually make the biggest difference are the simple habits we can actually keep going with.
For me that’s been:
✨ sticking to a few products I genuinely use
✨ keeping my routine simple
✨ being more consistent instead of trying to be “perfect”
That’s where I’ve personally seen the biggest changes — in my skin, how I feel and just looking after myself better in general.
