After holding off as long as I could (and honestly I should have done this last year!), rising costs mean I now have to make some adjustments to keep everything running and in line with other fitness studios.

From 1st April 2026, the updated prices at VFS will be:

Kids Classes – £10
(Monthly blocks to be paid in the first week of the month. A £5 late fee will apply after this.)

Pole – £12
Aerials – £15
Workshops – £20

Gym Membership – £40 (4 weeks)
Drop-in – £15 day pass
1-to-1 – £40
1-to-2 or more – £25 each
Gym Hire 1-to-1 – £10
Group Hire (2 or more) – £20
Unlimited Classes + Gym Membership – £110 (4 weeks)

Counselling Room Hire – £50 day rate
Counselling / Life Coaching Sessions – £40
