Home workouts are essential to keep your mind and body active. As well as releasing endorphins in the brain, physical activity helps to relax the muscles and relieve tension in the body. Since the body and mind are so closely linked, when your body feels better so, too, will your mind. Walk, run, lift, hop up and down the bloody stairs for all I care, just get yours done.

We all have to excercise some restraint, control and responsibility at this point in time. Follow the rules folks. Put ya feet up, watch a bit of telly and this Will pass. Only go out when absolutely necesary. I am using the time to learn and grow. Yes this is a worrying time, but please be sensible careful and look after one another.
