**For providers and prospective providers of day services for people with a learning disability in Leeds.**

Leeds City Council wants to improve the way day opportunities are commissioned for people with learning disabilities. The aim is to produce a better organised and structured model. Providers and prospective providers can have a say about how the future model should work.
