As the weather is exceptionally cold, if you find yourself sleeping rough or you see anyone sleeping out on the streets of Buckinghamshire, please contact StreetLink via https://orlo.uk/8uYD4 or phone 0300 500 0914, who will notify our dedicated Outreach workers.

If you see anyone you believe to be under the age of 18 and or are concerned about the health or welfare of anyone that you see sleeping rough please call 999.

A warm area will be available in Buckinghamshire Council Offices at Walton Street, Aylesbury, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe or any of the Council’s libraries. During office hours you can contact our housing teams on the following number: 01296 585168 and out of hours: 0800 999 7677.

You should only call 999 if you, or someone you're with, is suffering a serious or life-threatening emergency that requires immediate assessment.

This includes, but is not limited to:
📞Unconsciousness
📞Not breathing
📞Severe bleeding
📞Serious burns
📞Chest pains
📞Symptoms of stroke
📞Fall from height
📞Major trauma (injury)

For anything not requiring our immediate help - because it is not a serious or potentially life-threatening emergency - urgent treatment centres and other NHS walk-in services are open all weekend until late into the evening.

And you can always get help using 111 online or calling 111 - both services available 24-7.
