Meet J, one of our dedicated and experienced door staff, ensuring safety and providing a warm welcome at one of Loughborough’s busiest venues.

Starting his journey with us as a newly qualified doorman just two years ago, J’s commitment, training, and strong mindset have propelled him to a leadership role, now managing larger teams and mentoring new recruits.
