At Highbury we have a special moment every day which we call “Forget me Knots” for those who might not like a certain activity, or sometimes struggle to take part☺️

Today’s session was painting a winter sunset landscape, we had great fun mixing new colours, and trying out different types of paints🎨

And will you look at just how talented our residents are, they all look absolutely fantastic, great job everyone👍🏼☺️

From everyone here at Highbury we would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas🎄🤶🏻🎅🏼

The big man made a special visit to Highbury this Christmas to hand out special gifts to all our residents🎅🏼🎁

We all had a lovely morning opening gifts🎁
Marie and Jean decided to have pork pie, cheese and crackers for breakfast just like they use to have🧀

Then we enjoyed Christmas songs while tucking into a full traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, followed by triffle and a glass of bubbles to celebrate the day🥂🎄

A huge thank you to our staff who worked Christmas Day to make it a memorable day, thank you to our Santa Clause for coming and visiting, and a thank you to our in house chef for a delicious dinner and buffet spread, a fantastic team we have by far🤩🥰

The home was full of so much Christmas joy, laughter, warmth, smiles and festive spirit🎅🏼🎄😁
