Have you been a member before? 🤔

Let me reassure you that it’s ok to come back, there’s no questioning or judgement in our group just lots of friendly faces, full understanding and unconditional support to get you started.

Every Monday and Thursday Evening the door of John Storer House will always be open, the kettle will be on and a seat is ready for you.

This week in group there are offers on membership and countdowns. You can be reassured that the room will be full of like minded people who know exactly how you feel, and that includes ME 💖

There are so many reasons why we step away from group and since Covid I personally think lots of people, me included, are stuck in a kind of limbo ❤️ Knowing deep down we should lose some weight for our mental or physical wellbeing but having not quite got round to it just yet. Like with life in general we seem to have been on hold for 2.5 years!
