Excited to announce a new collaboration between Forest Side Injury Therapy and Anytime Fitness ✨

💪 Anytime Fitness is a wonderful gym based in the centre of Loughborough, its great accessibility and the consistently high praise it receives for its facilities and community makes it the perfect place to support people with their injury prevention and recovery.

⏰ I’ll be hosting a pop-up at Anytime Fitness on Tuesday 13th January, from 4pm–6pm, offering free injury advice, guidance, and chats.

🙌 Whether you’re dealing with a ni**le, recovering from an injury, or just want to train smarter, feel free to drop by and say hello!

✨ My Matt Hampson Foundation Fundraiser ✨

In April 2026, I will be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for the wonderful Matt Hampson Foundation.

I first visited the foundation back in 2022, and fell in love with the place❤️Since then I have volunteered for events and helped in any way I can to support the centre, and now I want to push myself even harder to raise as much awareness and funds as possible💪

Me and the centre would be grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small, as every penny goes such a long way👏

Not only are beneficiaries helped physically, but in every aspect of life to ensure everybody can GET BUSY LIVING✨

The whole team: physiotherapist, sports therapists, PT's, events, mental health care, events teams and volunteers are wonderful, and it wouldn't be possible without your help and fundraising🙌
