They are walking and cycling from Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh to Stade de France in Paris and it was great fun to be able to help relieve some of the aches and pains in a fantastic place.

Hi all, I’m just back from a week in rainy Devon. The hot tub wasn’t great fun in the rain. But, as the saying goes “there’s no such thing as bad weather, just poor clothing” so I still managed to get my steps in.
