Rushcliffe Care group are delighted to be expanding their technical team with an additional IT Support Technician. This new role will be based at our Head Office in Loughborough and will include travelling to our other sites which are Residential Care Home’s & Private Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of mobile and desktop support, be self-motivated and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest trends/technologies.


Key Responsibilities

- Providing support and troubleshooting service for all Microsoft Office Packages, Windows 7/10, Chromebooks, iOS devices.
- Troubleshooting hardware/software issues in person, or remotely.

- software and hardware maintenance & up grades / installations across various sites

- Supporting and maintenance of WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi Email internet

- Escalating issues as appropriate and supporting the resolution

- Firewall Management and Maintenance

- Mobile device support and using MDM solutions.

- backup management

- Maintenance of Asset Register

-Updating technical documentation as required.

Advantages

- knowledge of MS 2008 -R2 / 2012 /2016 AD, GP & DHCP
- knowledge of VoIP Solutions

- Must have driving licence and personal vehicle.
