From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who took the time to nominate me. To know that the work I share through Love & Light Loughborough has touched enough hearts to be recognised means more than words can truly express.
I feel incredibly humbled to share that I have been selected in two categories in this year’s Business Ascension Awards

What makes this even more special is that these are truly one-of-a-kind spiritual community awards, lovingly created by Vicki to honour soul-led businesses that are here to make a difference. Simply being nominated in a space so rooted in authenticity, connection and light means so much to me.

I went to the Avebury and Rollrights Stone Circles with a simple plan… just to walk, breathe, and be present.

But life has a way of guiding you exactly where you’re meant to go. Along the path, I saw a quiet sign pointing to a crystal shop and something deep within me said, “go.” So I did.

What followed felt like stepping into a living, breathing moment of alignment. The ancient energy of the stone circle… the unseen currents of ley lines beneath the feet… and then this beautiful, high-vibration space filled with crystals. It all felt connected, intentional and like a scene unfolding just for me.

Stone circles are more than history. They are anchors of energy, places where the earth holds memory, where we can reconnect, realign, and remember who we are beneath the noise. And walking through that energy reminded me of something important…

No matter who we are - healer, seeker, or simply human; the real work is always within. It’s the quiet, consistent inner work. The choosing to grow, to face yourself, to soften, to expand. That’s the journey I’m on. Every day, I am growing, learning, and coming back to myself.

This reel feels like a glimpse into that journey… like a moment you can step into and feel for yourself 🤍

There’s something deeply healing about stepping into nature with intention 💛✨

Waterfalls have long been seen as powerful spaces of cleansing; not just physically, but energetically. As the water flows, it invites us to release what we’ve been carrying - old thoughts, heavy emotions, stagnant energy. Standing beside that constant movement is a reminder that we’re allowed to let go too.

But cleansing is only part of the journey.

Places like stone circles hold a different kind of energy grounding, ancient, and quietly powerful. Sitting within them, feeling the earth beneath you and the sun above, is an opportunity to recharge. To realign. To invite in clarity, peace, and intention after you’ve released what no longer serves you.

Because when we clear space within ourselves, it’s important to consciously fill it with something new like light, love, purpose.
