Ive lost count of how many times I've been told "You can't do a balayage with 20 foils!"...

Babe you don't need 95 foils and a neck ache to have an expensive colour.

More foils doesnt mean better hair.

I focus on where the foils need to go rather than how many I can possible squeeze into your head and there is absolutely no need for a root melt either!

Less foils, less time and much fewer appointments!

This is what happens when we stop overdoing it on the foils and use your roots rather than fight against them..

BOX DYE DID ME DIRTY!

I genuinely was not going to post this as I was disappointed with the result. But I had recorded my voice over and though f*&k it. Let's keep it real and show you that things don't always go to plan!

This lovely client started her blonde journey today after years and years of box dye! We had so many bands of browns, blondes and coppers to contend with.

We did a strand test and it lifted well, however it didn't lift aswell throughout the whole head. Am I a bit dissapoointed with the end result? Yes!

I would have loved to have got her blonder today but the box dyes laughed in my face and said NOT TODAY!!

Am I being too hard on myself?

Even when I was anxious,

Even when it would’ve been easier to quit.

Because in the end the only one underestimating me was me!
