a. We provide a number of services depending on your needs, this may be to lose that extra bit of weight, increase your fitness, rehabilitate from an illness or injury or even to learn a new skill. With our main area being functional fitness, we will help to reduce injuries and improve performance. This could be within a sporting context or just simply to improve your day to day life. Our sessions can be led in your home or outside depending on your preference as we look to escape the gym. All sessions are varied and fun to make your targets that bit easier to achieve. The areas we focus on are:

In July I am going to take on the Cancer Research run 62 miles challenge in memory of my dad.

My son George has been very inquisitive so it seemed a good idea to bring his memory to the forefront but also to get my running mojo back. George will be my support rider and will be clocking a good share of them on his bike (he doesn't know this yet) but will love the idea of it.

In June I am launching a NEW training programmed focussed on improving your mobility and strength for those who are aged 30 and above.

With accelerated muscle loss and reduced mobility as we age it is really important that we start to address it sooner rather than later.

During our teenage and twenties, exercise choices were often driven by immediate impact. However, as we age, our current habits have a profound impact on our future. In our forties and beyond, we are susceptible to age-related issues such as muscle loss and reduced bone density.

For instance, after the age of 40, we lose approximately 1% of our muscle mass annually. By the age of 80, we may have half the muscle mass we had at 40.

Exercise is known to improve heart health, bone density, and maintain lean muscle mass. By committing to this programme, you are significantly enhancing your quality of life, not only in the present but also for the future.

Research indicates that resistance training, improved flexibility, and adequate nutrition can counteract the effects of ageing. Utilising my 20 years of experience in exercise, nutrition, and injury rehabilitation, I have developed an online programme to help you become stronger, more flexible, and ultimately fitter.

The programme will be delivered via my coaching app, Truecoach, and will include:

* 3 x 20-minute strength programmes
* 2 x 10-15 minute flexibility programmes per week
* Access to Nutritional and Training Webinars to enhance your knowledge and support your training and health

I am committed to making this programme as affordable and accessible as possible. The time, space, and equipment required are minimal. I recommend adding fitness bands, but weights are not necessary.

The programme is entirely online, and I will introduce a group platform to provide support for your success.

If you are interested in joining the programme, I will offer a complimentary first month as a trial. The monthly subscription fee thereafter is £30. Currently, I can only accommodate 15 participants.

The Christmas Charity Challenge is over and as a group we have lost a huge 24kg which is amazing considering the time of the year and the temptations that are on offer.

As part of the challenge I committed to donating £5 to every kg lost which has raised £120 which was kindly bumped up by a further donation to £140.

The money will be donated to Framework in an attempt to help with the homeless crisis.

Body fat measures are a really good indicator of good health. So when Mairead was threatened with the possibility of going on to statins we took it upon ourselves to reduce her levels.

In just 6 weeks we made such huge strides to reduce her body fat that we achieved our top goal of reducing her LDL Cholesterol levels.
