Please be aware of our altered opening hours over Christmas and New Year.

We will be closing at 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

If you require urgent medical help between 4:00pm – 6:30pm on Christmas Eve or New Years eve please call 0300 323 0671 or visit Loughborough Urgent Treatment Centre.

For urgent medical help outside of our usual opening hours please call 111 or visit Loughborough Urgent Treatment Centre.

Call 999 in an emergency.

📅 November 2025 Appointment Summary
During November, our practice offered 4,758 appointments to patients.
These appointments included those with our GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs), Nurses, Health Care Assistants (HCAs), Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioners, Midwife, Social Prescriber, and Phlebotomist.

Unfortunately, 156 appointments were missed — that’s time our clinicians were ready to see patients but couldn’t because no one attended.
➡️ This adds up to around 44 hours of lost appointment time.
Missed appointments can make it harder for other patients to get seen when they need us most.
If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else.
✅ Call us and select Option 2 to cancel or rearrange your appointment
✅ Or use online services such as the NHS App to manage your booking easily.

🌱 Looking for a way to get active, learn new skills, and support your local environment? Loughborough Green Gym runs outdoor sessions open to everyone!

It is a flexible and FREE programme which offers a variety of activities suitable for everyone, allowing you to work at your own pace.

Volunteers take part in tree planting, food growing, creating wildflower meadows, woodland management, and more — all in a safe, supportive setting.

We’re pleased to confirm our surgery car park has reopened after remarking work and a temporary closure caused by demolition at the neighbouring site.

We’ll soon be installing new signage to explain updated parking restrictions and remind everyone to park only within the bays to keep the area safe and accessible for everyone.
Please note that any parking bays marked with letters or specific signage are not for patient use. These spaces are reserved for authorised staff and permit holders.
Patients should park only in the unmarked bays. Accessible parking bays are available.

Thank you for your understanding throughout the closure. Further updates will follow.

We will be closed from 1pm today (Thursday 13th November) for protected staff training time.

During this time, if you require urgent medical attention either attend the Loughborough Urgent Treatment Centre, or call the DHU service on 0300 323 0671. For life threatening emergencies call 999.

We will reopen on Friday 14th November at 8am.

CAR PARK UPDATE:

We would like to inform our patients that, although progress has been made on the works affecting our car park, it remains closed to patients at this time.

Please refrain from parking in the car park until we confirm that it has reopened. Unauthorised parking may result in a fine.

We expect the car park to reopen soon and will notify patients as soon as this happens.
