Stay safe during extreme weather!

Did you know during the summer the homeless have increased risks of heat related illnesses like dehydration and sunstroke.

We have drop in services available where the homeless, or those who need support can get sunscreen, water and have a safe place to go.

Hinckley Drop In:
Tuesday and Wednesday 10am-12pm

Can you help?

We provide temporary supported living accommodation to individuals experiencing homelessness.

We provide a safe and supportive environment to help our residents get to a point where they can move into their forever home and live independently.

We do our absolute best to provide quality accommodation, however, some of our kitchens and bathrooms could really do with an uplift.

Are you a local tradesperson or bathroom/kitchen installer.

Dave is a warden/support worker at Falcon, and also provides fitness sessions at his gym for staff and residents.

The nominations are coming in – and we’re proud to share the inspiring stories behind our Charnwood Community Heroes 2025.

These are the neighbours, volunteers, and changemakers who make a real difference in the lives of those around them. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to:

✨ David Roulston – A True Community Hero ✨ Dave is nominated for Inspiring Others category.

Here’s what Deve's nominator had to say:

'Dave "The Beast" Roulston could not be more deserving of this award. He has had his struggles with mental health and has over time recognised the vital role that exercise can play in enabling people to grow in confidence and set and achieve goals that they never thought possible. He runs free training sessions 7 days per week so that members of the local community can train, socialise or simply have a safe space to be for an hour. He has literally saved lives by doing this. He has people who initially could barely walk through the door due to anxiety, who are now competing in strong woman competitions, cross fit, runs and boxing. People feel empowered by the skills he teaches them but he also goes above and beyond. He has built an amazing community of like minded people who are each others biggest cheerleaders in everything they do. Everyone is welcomed and Dave believes in the potential of each and every person.

I feel extremely lucky to have come across Dave. He has changed my life and that of my son who regularly trains with me. I have also become a qualified coach as Dave has inspired me to also give back.

Dave has an absolute heart of gold and absolutely deserves recognition for all that he has done and continues to do.'
