Today I start the first of three courses that will culminate in being able to uplift & empower women, especially those feeling lost, lonely & vulnerable whilst navigating menopause. Something which every woman goes through, but many struggle to find help & support for, because there is so little out there. It’s time for that to change….. watch this space……

I have now finished work for half term & very much looking forward to a break with the family 🥰 thank you to everyone that has visited the new space over the last 4 weeks, it has been a pleasure to treat clients old & new in my healing retreat 🙏🏻 I will be back to work on Tues 3rd June but I’m not totally off grid & will still be responding to messages/bookings periodically. Please bear with me if I don’t answer right away, I’m either having too much fun or napping! 😴😂 Whatever you’re doing over bank holiday/half term, I hope it’s a good one! All the best! The dreaded sickness bug has hit our house this week 😳
But whilst recovering I’ve taken advantage of the rest time & created a QR code that takes clients straight to my website, & an A-Board so I’m easy to find once the treatment room is up & running 🤩
