We are reopening our local Chinese school with more offering of culture related activities. Plz help share the taster event and support our community! Many thanks.

In Jan 2023, we are re-opening our local Chinese School which has been closed since Covid. Apart from teaching Mandarin Chinese lessons, we also aim to offer more culture related activities to the children, including but not limited to Chinese singing, dancing, & painting etc. Plz come along to join our taster event on 19th Nov. Sent loving energy to all living beings and the earth with my daughter this morning. It felt wonderful! Will make this an everyday ritual during this difficult time.

Plz join us in sending love to earth to help it heal. You may hold your hands over a globe, a ball, a picture of earth or simply imagining holding the earth between your palms. It’s all in the intention.

PS: My daughter made the globe at school earlier this term. Came very handy for now.

90% of illnesses are caused by stress. During the coronavirus pandemic, keeping positive is as important as all other guidelines such as washing your hands.

What is Medical Reiki? Medical Reiki is simply Reiki practice used in
hospitals or other conventional healthcare institutions to address a
medical problem.

After Reiki treatment, hospital patients commonly have less distress
(less anxiety and pain) and improved heart rate, blood pressure,
respiration, and heart rate variability, as evidenced in various small studies. Anecdotally, hospital patients tend to sleep better and show improved digestive function.
