Yesterday, I had the pleasure of joining a group of women for the most delicious vegan Brunch, in the most serene setting.

Hosted by of zestEAT, we gathered for her first ever Sunday Brunch Club.

I had the honour of facilitating a beautiful ceremonial blessing of the space, using healing mantras, followed by a guided meditation, and soothing sound bath. As the spring sunshine filled the room, and the sound of birds singing could be heard outside, it was truly spectacular. The energy is Jo's space is so pure and light, it was the perfect setting.

Then there was the food! The food was DIVINE... Thank you so much for having us.

It was pure magic ✨️

I loved meeting so many new faces last night and hearing about your experiences... I hope you all slept soundly 💫

Each sound bath experience is truly unique, but as always, my intention is for you to take exactly what your mind body and soul needs at that time 💫
