What a fab week I've had to start off the summer holidays... 😁

A great course with an amazing bunch of therapists - we've had some right laughs and I've learnt so much (not just from the course tutor) 😀

My name is Tami and I have been qualified in massage therapy since 2021, gaining additional qualifications along the way.

By day I am a full-time PE teacher at a secondary school in Leicester. I qualified in 2006 from Loughborough University and been at my current school since 2008. It's a job I absolutely love at a fantastic school with amazing students.

After school I not only offer sports massage at The Gaia Centre in Loughborough, but also teach the Les Mill's classes of Body Combat and Body Pump. Started off as a participant in 2005 and then after a comment that I would make a good instructor... I did this in 2009.

I live with my partner, Matt, and together we enjoy travelling, reading, dining out, and the odd bit of cricket 😁

I live a crazy busy life but love everything I do and truly value all participants that walk through the door. Whether you are actively involved in training and sport or not, I aim to support you however I can.

At 'Tami Anthony Massage Therapist' I have a range of services available...

Sports massage can be booked as a 30 or 60 minute appointment
- all treatments will include a consultation
- a 30 minute appointment will allow time for treatment of 1 or 2 body parts
- a 60 minute appointment will allow time for full treatment

Both appointments may include fire cupping or taping if requested

Pregnancy massage is a 60 minute appointment and provides a consultation, along with a full body treatment.

Well that's a wrap for 2024 here at the clinic for me...

Just want to thank all of my clients at for such an amazing year

Well I've had a fab holiday away in France 🇫🇷 & Switzerland 🇨🇭...

Back home on UK soil now and look what was waiting for me in the post 😁

It's official... I'm now level 4 qualified in sports massage
