As a recent graduate from the University of Nottingham, Aron has a background in Athletics which he uses to further aid the rehabilitation and recovery of his clients. He will be available in clinic on Fridays between 2-4pm from next week. Head to the link in our bio to make a booking!

🚨 Did you know? 🚨

The hands hold a lot of tension from being used all day, everyday. This tension can refer up into the shoulder, cause neck pain and even cause back pain. Simple stretches and self massage through the hand can help reduce the tension, allowing better movement through the whole chain.
