Yesterday I posted a āreelā in Facebook and Instagram showing modifications for some kneeling exercises ⦠the message being that if you canāt kneel , you can still do Pilates.
Tying in with my passion to help everyone keep moving, and to live active lives, I have always offered alternative positions and modifications in my classes, because I always want everyone to move in the best way for them.
In the JTP Zone members website there is a tutorial showing modifications and alternative techniques for some exercises. In all JTP classes there are always options, ALWAYS.
The reason I do this is because Pilates should meet you where you are, so if your knees are complaining, donāt let that stop you from getting started, we can find your version.
