Rated overall Outstanding by CQC we could not be more proud of the exceptional care and support we provide to our clients and staff.

We have been nominated and collected numerous awards in our local area such as a 9.9 star rating on Homecare.co.uk and The Leicester Mercury Carer of The Year Award where both the office team and CAREGiver’s were recognised for the tremendous work they put in to ensure our clients lives are enhanced on a daily basis.

Our wonderful clients live throughout Charnwood, Loughborough and Coalville and are visited by local staff, all of whom have been carefully recruited, well trained and nurtured in order to provide a premium service for our elderly.

In addition to 2 days of initial induction training, our staff go on to receive Dementia City & Guilds accredited training, completion of the Care Certificate and continuous online development training in order to provide the very best care possible (all CAREGiver’s are fully insured, reference checked and have enhanced DBS).
