We all have times we feel like we are treading water, and times where we struggle to catch our breath. It's OK to recognise these struggles and to take time to be angry or sad around this, but it's important we don't stay I this place for too long. Talking to someone about what's going on for you, taking time for self care and planning things to look forward to are great ways to help pull yourself out of the water again.

Talking therapy isn't just focusing on emotions, it's also processing trauma and stress and how we store this in our bodies. Breathing exercises and body work can also be so important in releasing this from the body and to help us regulate our nervous system better, this allows the WHOLE person to be taken care of not just one part ❤️
