Louise is a HCPC-registered physio with a passion for sports injuries, ankle rehab and core stability. Alongside physiotherapy, she also teaches Pilates and Pilates Plus classes here at EMPC.

🏃‍♀️ A keen runner, she’s represented the England Masters Team in half marathons and also loves tennis, skiing, bouldering & paddleboarding ☀️ Fun fact: She once skydived over the Great Barrier Reef!

Meet Judith, EMPC’s Practice Principal and Clinical Lead ⭐️
�With a background in physiotherapy, education, and business, Judith brings decades of experience- from the NHS to university lecturing and elite sports consultancy. She’s worked with top football and cricket clubs, and co-founded EMPC in 1998 💪🏻

Her specialties include: helping people manage pain, recover from complex sports injuries, and mentoring the next generation of physiotherapists.

When she's not working, Judith loves staying active, gardening, and enjoying time outdoors. Her perfect weekend? A bit of sunshine, activity, wine, family, and quiet time with her husband 🌿

Fun fact: she once won a World Silver Medal in indoor rowing- racing competitors half her age! 🥈
