Ok, enough of you have asked me to get back to doing Smoked BBQ cuts to order, I’m listening 😁.. so this week I’m going to do a 24 hr cook. If you want me to cook a whole cut, be it Ribs, Brisket, Pork Butt, Beef Ribs for this coming weekend . I’ll prepare, cook and pack, and if your within a distance I can get to, deliver it too. Direct message me for a quote, and I’ll try to reserve room on the smokers for your order. Some cuts can be vac-packed and chilled for you to reheat later. Just let me know what you need.

Had such a great fun weekend serving food to the lovely people who attended this years London 21 Hackney Brewery & Wildcard Brewery E17 .. served up 12hour Smoked , Pulled Pork and style topped Shin Ramen Noodles.. what a great festival weekend , awesome crowd of brewer’s and beer fans !
