• WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY •
The thing that people don’t really like to communicate about, but plays a huge part in the way that we grow...Mental health should be top priority for all of us, yet we tend to shy away from speaking about the way that we are feeling in fear of coming across ‘negative’ or simply just not wanting to go to that place where the emotions become overwhelming and we start to feel uncomfortable. But to truly evolve, we have to visit those parts of us, speak about them, address them and let them go.
Checking in on your friends, family or even a stranger costs us nothing, but somehow we get caught up in our ego and disregard each other as if emotions are irrelevant. A little more compassion, empathy and understanding goes a long way for people with mental health and helping each other to overcome any anxiety, depression or feelings of sadness especially this year should be instilled in our basic human make up.
People have many varied ways of dealing with grief, sorrow and mental health. One of the ways that I have found best is by being spiritually tuned in and conscious, by keeping your life enriched with positivity as much as you can and trying to maintain the practice of vibrating higher. These vibrations can really help to keep spirits uplifted, not just your own but also for the people around you.
