​that will prepare you for tomorrow's challenges. ​“Hands & Heart Thai Therapeutic Massage" has been established by Jo, a Thai masseuse who is fully qualified for all type of Thai massage. She is now holding a membership of the Guild of Holistic Therapists.
​She leverages the years she spent in Thai massage clinic around London to model her own unique studio in Loughton (Essex). We aim to provide a top quality massage to the residents in Loughton and the surrounding areas.

ONLINE BOOKING TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED!

Due to withdrawing from Treatwell, all online bookings will no longer be available from 25th August 2022. As a result, all bookings must now be made directly via 07544 464 939, text message, WhatsApp, or email.

CANCELLATION NOTICE

From 1st April 2022, the cancellation or no show on the day of your appointment must be paid in full. You will not be allowed to rebook if this has not been paid. I am truly sorry for this measure, but it is as a result of several recent missed appointments which I cannot re-allocate on the day.

Please be aware, I am usually fully booked a month in advance. Therefore, cancelling on the day denies others the opportunity of their therapeutic treatment and inconveniences me.

Due to the remaining of pandemic, I will continue to practice all necessary health and safety measures for our mutual protection. As my studio is a close proximity enclosed space, I will wear a face covering. It is now optional on your part whether you wish to do so, also.

If you feel unwell for whatever reason, I would always recommend you not to attend.

WINTER CLOSURE 2022 ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Clients,

My studio will be closed between 10th January and 15th February 2022 inc.

Currently, I am fully booked until 10th January and am happy to take direct appointments from re-opening on 16th February 2022. Online bookings can be made for 6th April 2022 onwards.

Dear Client,

Following the government's Roadmap to Easing Lockdown on Monday 22nd February 2021, I am pleased to confirm that I plan to re-open my studio commencing Monday 12th April 2021.

​I am phasing how I take bookings, therefore, direct bookings can now be taken to me via text message or telephone for 12th April onwards. For online bookings, these can be made from Saturday 1st May 2021. In the unfortunate event the government do not lift the lockdown as intended, these bookings will be postponed.

Following the government's latest announcement on 19th December 2020, I am reluctantly having to temporarily close my studio commencing Sunday 20th December 2020 until restrictions are lifted.

Following the government's latest announcement, Loughton which is part of Epping Forest District will move to Tier 3 on Wednesday 16th December 2020. All close contact services, including massage parlours, are allowed to remain open.
