POSTNATAL PILATES COURSE

Starting this Monday 2nd June running for 5 consecutive weeks

My course will enable you to gently but effectively take those first steps to rebuilding STRENGTH and restoring CONFIDENCE in your body

🟩 Pelvic floor exercise to restore full function to prevent leaks and prolapse
🟩 Assessment of abdominal muscle recovery to heal any Diastasis Recti and strengthen the core
🟩 Move the body to release tension, build strength and return to exercise with confidence

Bring along your baby (or don’t if you don’t need to!) and stay for a cuppa and a chat after each class.

As a Physiotherapist as well as a postnatally trained Pilates instructor I can ensure you recover well and safely so that you can get back to all you need to do.

NEW CHAPTER!!

I am thrilled to announce that I am moving base to The Crate Loughton and setting up as part of elysium_clinics working alongside other fabulous therapists including aidasofttissuetherapy and fitnesstherapyuk from the start of June 2025.

I will have a dedicated treatment room and a gym area for rehabilitation.

My Physiotherapy services include:

Why there is not a CONTRAPTION that will fix your back pain despite what you see on the adverts…

While it’s lovely to think that some contraption could fix all the pain in the world regardless of the cause and regardless of what else is going on in your body sadly it’s just not true.
In my clinic I see people who have spent hundred hundreds of pounds on various devices, supports and contraptions that should fix the pain that they’re in and hasn’t.
And sometimes these devices DO work but how are you supposed to know that?

So before you spend another hundred pounds on that latest gizmo or gadget, go and get assessed by a professional who can look at you your body and give you advice specific to your condition that will actually work. A good physiotherapist or a good osteopath can do this for you.

And those that claim that exercise is bad for your back? It’s absolute rubbish.
The wrong exercise will be bad for your back. The right exercise will be transformative.
