Christmas designed bracelets as I actually ordered them last year - I just haven’t seen Michelle to get them! We are actually friends - and she does post of course but we thought we’d have met up in time 😂

Another successful day 💪🏻


Started with salted caramel bites, then a breakfast smoothie, and finally an apple & kiwi shake n go. Also had some pop squares.
We went out for a nice long walk in the sunshine earlier too so we got plenty of steps in!
After we went for ice cream, but I just had a Diet Coke which I really enjoyed!

Saturday 27th July
Defo think working an early shift has affected my energy today - I also hurt my ankle doing the kickboxing workout 🤦🏻‍♀️
I started my day with a Blackcurrant and Apple Smoothie, a chocolate shake n go, a caramel popcorn bar (don’t have a stock image of that) and a pack of pops too.
Ending the day on 3L of water.
I closed all my rings - I didn’t manage the 10k steps - but I’m ok with that! Rest is important too! I’m still happy as I’ve still done a lot more than I did this time last Saturday 😁

Friday 26th July

Started late with a Chocolate Shake n Go, followed by a breakfast smoothie and finally a fruit and nut bar with a cup of tea 😊 Also had a bag of pops earlier too.

Successfully avoided the chip shop temptation - I made myself busy with bringing the washing in and taking it upstairs to put it all away. By the time I was finished, the chip shop goodness had been finished and all away! I left the back door open and the windows in the front room - all to air out the smell - then cleaned the kitchen (again) sprayed everywhere and lit a candle! 😂😂😂 some might say that’s extreme but you’d never know chips were in this house!!

Workouts wise - I done a HIIT workout this morning, followed bye along out and about returning parcels and a bit of shopping - then 2 strength workouts this evening while Scarlett was at swimming with Brad.
Over 3L of water done too - Day 4 in the bag! ✅

Another good day in the bag - I actually had a caramel popcorn bar - but I don’t have an image of that so I just reused the lemon yoghurt bar 😂

Over 12k steps today, but I only did 1 of my workouts as I have a slight temperature and feel a bit off - so I’ve taken myself to bed with some paracetamol! Fingers crossed it’s just a symptom of ketosis and nothing else!

I’ve had over 3L of water too - that 10sips is a great way to get your water in! Day 3 in the bag

Had to be this song - proper helped me through my last bit of walking this evening!!


Had the lemon yoghurt bar, apple & kiwi shake n go, and finally the chocolate shake! Also had a packet of pops, I’ve done over 3L of water too, and closed all my activity rings 😁

Did a HIIT workout with Scarlett this morning, then later on we did yoga, Scarlett even got on the walkpad for 30mins too! She’s already asked me if I can wake her up to workout again tomorrow 😂 I told her she can have a rest day and just do the yoga later on with me ❤️

Aaaaaaaand I’m back!!

I had the original porridge at about 2pm - after I’d done a couple of work outs and 30mins on the walkpad.
Then for my 2nd product I had an Apple & Kiwi Shake n Go, followed by my fave - the fruit and nut bar with a cup of teas. I also had a packet of pop squares too ❤️
Over 3 litres of water down and closed all my activity rings! Feeling good, strong, energised and more importantly, NOT HUNGRY!!

My finger tattoos I’ve wanted for forever! I’ve got chubby fingers so I wanted to make them look pretty 😂

I didn’t go too mad with them and left some spaces, but I already want to add to them 😂 so I’ll be doing that in a few weeks time once the top ups of these have healed 😁
