Sip and See....

One of my postnatal massage clients was talking about having had a 'Sip and See'. I've never heard of this! All your family/friends come to visit your baby at the same time. You get to see everyone and catch up and everyone gets to see your baby ....you only get exhausted once! I thought this was such a great idea as so many of my new mums find it so overwhelming having a constant flow of visitors, every weekend being busy, the pressure to keep the house tidy and host etc. Fab idea especially for those with large families!!

Wow!

What an amazing experience with .by.natalienardi . I was lucky enough to attend her "Sunday Serenity" session this afternoon/evening at this stunning venue just 10 minutes from home! After 45 minutes of Yin Yoga Massage we moved to inflatible matresses in the pool, snuggled under cosy blankets, covered our eyes and drifted off during a lovely sound bath 🥰

Loved sharing it with my sister-in-law 🫶

Was this the perfect end to a great summer....or a perfect reset ready for the return to the school run rush this week? Both! 🤩

Two hours of self care means im rested and energised ready to welcome and support this weeks clients! 🥰

Its not just been possibly my busiest year for Bump 2 Baby Massage but socially too!! Last night i was off to celebrate the 16th!!! and final 50th birthday of the year!! This is what happens when you and your husband are the same age and you're both blessed to still be friends with your school friends!!

Now....time to start planning dates to use all the gift vouchers we were both super lucky to receive for our birthdays....don't panic, no plans will be made on my clinic days!!

Back from a fabulous holiday with my family and our friends 🥰 a much needed balance of rest and fun!

Its been a busy week in clinic catching up and squeezing in as many clients as possible. I should now be up to date with responding to queries but please reach out to me if you are still waiting for a response.

Sorry to those i have not been able to fit in. Please book in early to avoid disappointment - its just me so once im full, im full due to childcare.
