Happy new year to you all!

Firstly wishing you all a very successful and healthy 2025!

A warm welcome to all that’s recently visited the clinics for treatment and a big well done for all the hard work our existing patients have put in,in the last year.

The clinic in Loughton will now be open on Sundays at 1030 starting from 19th January, also lymphatic drainage massage will be available this month.

For the last 6 years the prices have stayed the same however, I felt it was time to increase the prices this year for a collective number of reasons including the cost of living increase, please see the prices via the website.

Looking forward to another year of growth and helping more people find that step to more health and happiness.
