✨8 things to start now to support your fertility health in 2026✨
1️⃣ Track your Cycle
Use a fertility tracking app and track basal body temperature, cervical mucus, LH surge, bleed and other symptoms appropriate to you.
2️⃣ Optimise your Diet & Supplements
Focus on protein, vegetables and fruit, with fertility supportive supplements. As a minimum folic acid and a prenatal supplement. For a more tailored approach, see a fertility specialist.
3️⃣ Remove Alcohol & limit Caffeine
Research shows alcohol is not good for fertility. Limit caffeine to 1 cup a day, swapping for herbal teas and water.
