It's been a minute.....

And just like that, life got busy. Work, the kids, some personal projects and a A LOT of tennis are going on right now.

I tool my own advice and I have dropped what I could so I haven't been on here posting.

With more matches to play, family to nurture and some surgery coming up I expect you won't be seeing much of me on here until the autumn.

Don't worry, I have not forgotten about you and I will drop some little nuggets here and there until balance is back.

Tight Hamstrings! Try this :-)
